Job Summary

The Sales Marketing Administrator is an augmentation of the sales team and is chiefly responsible for assisting the sales team with general administrative duties and overall corporate messaging for both internal and external clients (and potential clients) across all brands. Integral to the position is excellent organizational skills, great communications skills and understanding market channels that are compelling and relevant to the client base for the brands.

Responsibilities & Duties

Sales Administration

  • Work with the Sales Team to provide administrative sales support
  • Assist the sales team with demo vehicle logistics
  • Support sales and production to drive post contact signoffs, approvals and change orders
  • Assist in producing sales proposals (limited) for smaller, service, install or change jobs
  • Assist sales team with larger proposal paperwork and administrative actions

Marketing Coordination

  • Help coordinate and execute against company marketing strategies and priorities
  • Produce (or oversee contractor production of) supporting marketing materials such as web, print and video promos
  • Maintain all social media channels for all brands (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to keep present in the online arena
  • Regular updates to website content (CMS) including new demo vehicles, recent deliveries, digital marketing materials
  • Assist in branding and rework of marketing materials, website, etc.
  • Assist in tradeshow prep, logistics and planning activities (attendance is optional but encouraged)
  • Monitor and measure success of marketing and communications effort
  • Other duties, projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED with experience or vocational/college education
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar role (or post HS education equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert navigation and authoring abilities on all major social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,

LinkedIn)

  • Ability to edit website content using CMS tools (no coding, WYSIWYG tools)
  • Knowledge or video editing and ability to produce or manage production of video content
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook Email, Word, Excel, Dynamics 365, etc)
  • Self-starter

Work Conditions

  • Office environment, climate-controlled space.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs, bending & moving
  • Fast-paced environment with ability to quickly adapt to changing needs of customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
