Most issues can easily be resolved remotely and often is where our technicians start in assisting you.  Whether a remote diagnostics section or just assisting your department with sourcing the proper parts, many things can be resolved quicker via a remote session than scheduling either a service tech to your location or brining the unit to one of our many authorized service centers.

Fleet Friendly

FastLane will work with your fleet manager and your own in-house service department to not only provide you with the necessary parts, but in many cases will actually pay your fleet workers any labor for pre-authorized repairs.  We have enabled hundreds of fleets across the US to perform authorized warranty service on our behalf to both be more convenient to you but also get your rig back on the road quicker.
